Transactel University (TU) was created to provide our collaborators with the necessary skills to be successful in life and in every day operations.  

With the expertise of TU trainers, new hires receive coaching to fulfill the required profile at Transactel.  Our trainees have full participation, in a fun and motivating environment, and are able to learn by using different tools and doing diverse activities, oriented towards the BPO industry.

The candidates go through an intensive four week training where they also improve on customer service skills, English accent and pronunciation.

TU gives the trainees the opportunity not only to grow in their personal lives, by improving their English, but also grow professionally by starting on the career path that Transactel offers to all employees.
