Training and professional growth

·         Transactel is the only call center with an onsite university campus.  Transactel University offers its employees the opportunity to improve their English skills.

        Transactel has a career plan program for its employees.  The plan helps develop our people through leadership courses, computer courses and undergraduate and master degree programs taught in conjunction with prestigious educational institutions.
